Pacific Union is proud to announce that eight of our real estate professionals have been named among the very best in the business by The Wall Street Journal and REAL Trends Inc.
The eight — Nina Hatvany, Steven Gothelf, Dana Green, Steven Mavromihalis, Tracy McLaughlin, John Lee, and the team of Ted Bartlett and Tina Bartlett Hinckley — were ranked among the top 250 real estate professionals in the United States for 2013, based on the amount of closed transaction volume in 2012.
Pacific Union had twice as many real estate professionals on the list as any other brokerage in our eight regions in the Bay Area and Tahoe/Truckee. Sotheby’s International Realty and Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage each had four professionals on the list, all from San Francisco.
This year’s list of the top 1,000 real estate professionals builds on the success of last year, when three at Pacific Union were named among the nation’s best.
The news also comes just weeks after Pacific Union was ranked the third-largest residential real estate brokerage firm in the U.S., and its real estate professionals were named fifth-best in the nation in productivity. Also in April, Real Estate Magazine named Pacific Union one of the nation’s top “Power Brokers” for the second year in a row.

| Steven Gothelf Steve was 44th on the 2013 nationwide list with $120,506,500 in sales, rising from 80th place a year earlier. He is based in our Presidio office in San Francisco. |

| Dana Green Dana was 82nd on the list, with $88,562,992 in 2012 sales, and is based in our Lafayette office in Contra Costa County. |

| Steven Mavromihalis Steve placed 159th on the nationwide list, with $65,330,635 in sales last year. Steve is based in our Presidio office in San Francisco. |

| Tracy McLaughlin Tracy ranked 175th on the nationwide list, with $63,665,999 in 2012 sales. She placed 123rd on last year’s list and is based in our office in Ross, Marin County. |
