SF Chronicle Showcases PUI Property in Alamo

322 Lark Lane in Alamo

Ten acres, 10,000-plus square feet, and exquisite gardens — there’s a lot to like about this stunning Pacific Union International property in Alamo.

Apparently the San Francisco Chronicle agreed. They made the home the focus of a three-page feature article  this week, published in Thursday’s Living section.

The home at 322 Lark Lane in Alamo, also known as Lark Ridge Estate, is the creation of renowned Beverly Hills architect Brian Tichenor, who has a reputation for developing landscapes to go with his home designs.

Reporter John Ferri noted,

“The internal-external interplay…brings scope to the dramatic indoor spans, cleverly connecting them to the expansive Diablo Valley and mountain panoramas beyond.”

The Chron interviewed Dana Green, the PUI real estate professional who handles the listing. Here’s what she had to say:

“Having one vision for the entire property is unusual,” Green said. “And the results are spectacular. The indoor-outdoor allure is quite powerful.

“The location of the home is amazing, as it sits on the ridgeline just above the town of Alamo,” she continued. “Once on the property, you feel as if you are at a luxurious resort with ample amenities for all to enjoy.”
The quick stats:

>   Listing price: $11,800,000
>   10,534 square feet
>   7 bedrooms
>   8.5 baths
>   Pool, spa, and tennis court

We’re proud to have had this outstanding property selected by the Chronicle as the subject of a feature article. Want to see more? Get all the property details, or take a virtual tour to get a full overview of this amazing home.
