A $30 million sale has crushed the record for the most expensive real estate deal in the San Fernando Valley and Calabasas. The deal closed Tuesday. The residence now holds the record for the highest priced home ever sold in Calabasas. The title was previously held by Khloé Kardashian, who sold her Calabasas home for $15.5 million in November.
