A $30 million sale has crushed the record for the most expensive real estate deal in the San Fernando Valley and Calabasas. The deal closed Tuesday. The residence now holds the record for the highest priced home ever sold in Calabasas. The title was previously held by Khloé Kardashian, who sold her Calabasas home for $15.5 million in November. Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner are putting their home, which they bought for $14.1 million, back on the market for $16.75 million. The wood and stone property, located in the upscale Royal Oaks area, spans roughly 15,000 SF with 9 bedrooms, a wine cellar, a home theater, and a gym according to the listing agent, Carl Gambino.
