SAN FRANCISCO (May 11, 2001) – Pacific Union International (PUI) today announced the addition of two Contra Costa County power brokers—Dana Green, the county’s top-selling producer, and 25-year residential real estate veteran Ellen Anderson—and the opening of a residential real estate office in Orinda and soon in Lafayette as part of its expanded East Bay reach.

Green and Anderson, who together bring 50-plus years of residential real estate experience, are returning to PUI—both drawn back, in part, by the firm’s client-centric culture, strong commitment and expanding presence in the East Bay.
A Lafayette, California-native, Green earned Lafayette’s top agent ranking as measured by both sales volume and total sales in 2008, 2009, and 2010. Her deep knowledge of the area, schools, Lafayette and neighboring communities is unmatched. She embodies the PUI culture with her relationship-driven approach to real estate sales. With a 15-year tenure in marketing, including owning and operating her own residential staging company, Green brings a unique perspective for maximizing value in both home sales and purchases. Green offers her clients complimentary staging services and every home she represents is staged to sell—a strategy that has enabled her to complete residential home sales nearly three times faster than top-rated realtors in the region. She graduated from University of Pacific with a BA in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations. Green is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Contra Costa Association of Realtors, Top Agent Network* and a member of its South Central Contra Costa Chapter, Lafayette Chamber of Commerce as well Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI)**. In addition to her professional affiliations, Green is an active community leader currently involved in the Acalanes Area Chapter of the National Charity League, Inc. She is a past president with Lafayette Juniors, where she created and implemented their well-known kitchen tour, and of Boy Scout Troop 204 Mom’s Club.
Pacific Union International Expands East Bay Reach
Anderson will serve as manager of PUI’s new Orinda office, working one-on-one with the Danville and Orinda-based PUI agents to drive client service and sales. Before returning to PUI, Anderson served as vice president of J. Rockcliff Realtors and manager of J. Rockcliff Realtors, Orinda. J. Rockcliff Realtors was formerly Intero Real Estate Services, an office Anderson opened in 2003 and grew to over 50 agents in less than three years. In 2006, Ellen received her designation as an Ecobroker allowing her to work with environmentally conscious clients providing valued insights regarding green / sustainable real estate and residential issues.
Prior to Rockcliff, Anderson served as sales manager and agent with Alain Pinel in Danville, and operations manager and Senior Sales Consultant with Pacific Union Residential Brokerage in Danville. Anderson honed her real estate selling expertise as a realtor associate with Coldwell Banker’s Danville office from 1984-1990. She graduated cum laude from University of South Carolina. Anderson is a member of the national Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, several Bay Area MLS organizations, as well as the Porsche Club of the Diablo Region.
