Women of Compass is so excited to announce the newest iteration of Women Chat Wednesday — a podcast series!
Women Chat Wednesday is an ongoing initiative created to highlight various topics that affect women in the workplace and create a safe space for open dialogue while empowering one another.
As we continue to live in this fast paced world, we wanted to make this content as accessible as possible to everyone in our community. Our goal with this podcast is to continue to create space for the women of the Compass community and help amplify their voices.
For our first episode, we are excited to host the Head of Diversity at Compass: Jodie Taylor. Jodie joined Compass in 2020 as the Head of Diversity, and is passionate about underrepresented development in tech and supporting diverse entrepreneurship. Her prior career journeys were at Google, Sponsors for Educational Opportunity and other banking institutions.
