For the month of June, there were 994 San Francisco homes and condos for sale and 196 had sold. 22.7% were in contract, a slight drop from May’s figure of 23.8%. The Noe, Castro and Haight neighborhoods had the most homes and condos for sale at 176, with 43 sold and 52 pending.
The majority of San Francisco homes for sale fell in the under $500,000 price range with 685 on the market, 153 in contract and 626 sold year to date. The next highest number of homes and condos for sale fell in the $500,000 to $750,000 price range with 681 on the market, 160 in contract and 855 sold year to date.
