Pacific Union named best international real estate brokerage

The esteemed global International Property Awards has named Pacific Union International 2017-2018 World’s Best Real Estate Agency with more than 20 offices. It also honored the firm as the Best Brokerage in both California and the USA.
Now in their 25th year, the London-based awards salute leading achievements by companies in all sectors of the property and real estate industry across Africa, Asia-Pacific, Arabia, Canada, the Caribbean, Central and  South America, Europe, the UK and the USA.Pacific Union began expanding its international footprint five years ago with the launch of its first-of-its-kind China Concierge program, whose Mandarin speaking China-based staff assist Chinese buyers in acquiring California real estate.
In 2017, the firm launched an aggressive international digital marketing campaign that generated more than 100,000 views to the brokerage’s website from China, Brazil, India, and the UK – the countries that statistically purchase the most homes in California.
Pacific Union also maintains 20 dedicated-language international websites. Because commonly used machine translation is invisible to search engines, these sites employ experts to translate key content, enabling search engines to identify and index their pages. This indexed content gives Pacific Union properties the highest SEO rankings, and allows listings to be suggested to users searching in a specific language for properties in specific locations.“This honor is a clear tribute to the work of our company’s outstanding team of marketing professionals, led by Vice President of Marketing Jessica Frushtick,” says Pacific Union CEO Mark A. McLaughlin. “Our commitment to creating a stronger international presence for our team of 1,700 California real estate professionals is a pillar of our Vision 2020, and we’re proud to have this effort recognized by these distinguished awards.”
