Brett’s career as a realtor, global advisor, and associate broker has led him to represent highly-satisfied buyers and sellers in countless transactions, including two of the largest residential deals in La Jolla’s history. A relentless innovator, he has developed unique marketing programs, rebranded neighborhoods, and launched a sold-out monthly negotiation training series for real estate professionals at the start of their careers. His expertise has been called upon by industry leaders including AREAA’s annual conference, The Wall Street Journal, and Inman. Brett’s community sponsorships include the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego (MCASD), La Jolla Playhouse, and Youth Tennis San Diego.
A leader in the luxury market, Ross has built a career on repeat and referral business, often selling the same house several times over and representing some of the area’s most expensive properties. Ross has appeared on CNN Money, HGTV’s “Behind The Gates,” and NBC’s “LA Open House.” Raised in La Jolla where he still lives today, Ross is a true local expert. He’s coached over 26 Little League baseball and kids’ recreational soccer teams, served on the Board of Directors for La Jolla Youth Sports, and supports La Jolla High School PTA, La Jolla Historical Society, and MCASD, among others.
