A philosophy I consider a fundamental principle of negotiation:
“The power of negotiation is the ability to walk away and the skill is in never having to.”
In my experience, being able to walk away from any offer that clients are not willing to accept can ultimately garner sellers the highest possible price, and for buyers the best possible price.
Being a real estate professional requires a consistent delivery of committed and powerful actions to support clients, the ability to operate confidently under pressure, and an aim to exceed the expectations of his or her clients. A dynamic style combined with innovation and old-fashioned work ethic contributes greatly to excellent results for clients.
